For pump noise topic, iEditor has talked much more, but Rexroth A10VSO/32 has caught my eyes again. In this episode, iEditor would like to share some information about PCV (same as PCFV) applied in A10VSO/32 pump, we will see how Rexroth utilizes this technique to get better noise performance.

· Speed: 1500 rpm; 1800 rpm
· Displacement: Vgmax; Vgmin
Vary load pressure at different combination of speed and displacement, record the noise level.

Testing Summary:
– Comparing the testing results, we can see that PCV does not have equal effect under all working conditions on A10VSO/32 pump
– Under max. displacement and higher speed, PCV has more positive influence on the pump noise
