JOB DESCRIPTION
-
To provide field service for start-up on commissioning and testing or troubleshooting assistance to OEM and distribution customers. This may involve disassembly or inspection of components for diagnosis / repair / or conversion on location.
为最终客户及分销商提供现场安装启动调试测试及故障排查等服务，包括针对元件的就地拆装检查及维修更换等；

To maintain the diagnostic and data acquisition equipment.
维护诊断及数据采集设备

To consolidate measured data and document comments in a well-organized written commissioning report with the assistance of Application Engineering. The final commissioning report should be to PH group standards.
调试测试数据的综合和分析，在应用工程师协助下完成具有良好结构布局及分析解释的调试报告，报告需要符合波克兰公司标准；

To maintain a library of commissioning and test documentation – both general and application specific relative to previously completed fieldwork.
维护调试测试文档数据库，包括已经完成的相关基本及特殊应用的现场工作文档；

To assist the Technical Manager in the preparation of learning aids, evaluation methods, and service training seminars for distributor repair and warranty centers or customers.
协助技术经理为分销商维修及质保中心或客户准备相应的学习支持，评估方法，服务培训讲座等；

Maintain service hotline to provide customer technical consulting.
为客户技术咨询提供热线支持；
-
Perform other tasks as assigned by his manager.
执行其它相关经理分配的工作
REQUIREMENTS
-
Bachelor’s degree major in mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering or hydraulic(fluid) engineering and the related major.
大学本科，机械工程，液压(流体)工程，机械电子工程或其它相近专业

Three to Five years’ experience in Field Service exposure – ideally in the specialty of HYDROSTATIC TRANSMISSIONS for Mobile Equipment. With certain electrical knowledge is a plus.
3到5年现场服务经验，最好是在行走机械液压传动领域，具有一定电气知识优先；

Must possess computer proficiency skills with most major commercial spread sheet and word processor software.
具有熟练的计算机操作能力，尤其是电子表格及文档处理软件；

Good English skill in written and speaking, good communication skills;
良好的英语听说读写能力；
-
Good teamwork spirits and proactive communication skills with customers and colleagues.
具有团队合作精神和与客户及同事的主动沟通和交流能力；
-
Willing to frequently travel and shoulder field pressure.
能够适应经常出差，并承受现场的压力。
This position is base in Shanghai Songjiang Plant.
该岗位工作地点位于上海松江。
