地点：浙江省-海盐, 浙江省-嘉兴
Job Responsibilities
• Leading product development activities related to engineering, more PMI projects
• Leading localization and cost down projects
• Leading engineering activities to support local product line, quality, procurement, suppliers and sales team
• Leading or supporting trouble shooting for product failure in test lab, customer side and field
• Leading local engineering tests and test results report out
• Leading the engineering changes process
• Conducting DFMEA activities
• Work closely to the global engineering team to implement the product strategy locally
Job Requirements
• At least 3+ years of related experience working in hydraulic component development.
• Master’s degree in engineering preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
• Able to be pro-active throughout the project process to deliver results and take ownership.
• Team player with the ability to cooperate on all levels of the organization.
• Fluent Written English.
